J. Reid Burley
Biography

Reid Burley focuses his practice on commercial litigation, with an emphasis on creditors’ rights. He assists a variety of corporate clients in obtaining judgments and additionally, the enforcement of creditors’ rights through trials, garnishments, charging orders and other post-judgment collection processes.


Previously, Reid worked for a long-standing, Dallas defense firm, where he assisted a variety of commercial clients in the defense of lawsuits ranging from complex, construction defect claims to premises liability claims. In this capacity, Reid gained valuable experience advocating for his clients’ interests through the use of written discovery, depositions, hearings, and other procedures.
