Bell Nunnally announces that attorney Austin S. Conner has joined the firm as a Partner in its Corporate practice, bringing extensive experience from his former Am Law 200 firm.
Conner advises clients on mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity financings, commercial contracts and corporate governance matters. He represents buyers and sellers in drafting and negotiating purchase agreements, merger agreements and equity investment documents. Conner also counsels banks, borrowers, private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies in middle-market loan transactions, private credit loans, commercial asset-based financing and acquisition financing. Clients routinely call on Conner to serve as outside general counsel – advising on and negotiating NDAs, terms and conditions, purchase and supply agreements, and related commercial contracts.
Conner is a graduate of the University of Houston Law Center (J.D., cum laude, 2011) and the University of Virginia (B.A., 2007). He is listed in Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch® (2024-2025) and has multiple times been named a “Top Attorney” in Fort Worth Magazine.
