Bell Nunnally Bolsters Corporate and Real Estate Practices with Two Attorney Additions
Attorneys Laurie Konopka and Meghan A. Collier have joined Bell Nunnally as senior counsel and associate, respectively, further strengthening the firm’s corporate and real estate practices. The pair join the firm on the heels of Greg Perrone’s addition earlier this month, continuing a period of growth for Bell Nunnally.
Konopka joins the firm’s Corporate and Securities, Mergers and Acquisitions, and Commercial Finance practices. She advises clients on complex strategic transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, equity financings and growth investments. Her experience spans industries such as wholesale, financial services, hospitality, technology and health care. Konopka has represented Fortune 500 companies, private equity firms and emerging growth businesses, guiding transactions totaling hundreds of millions of dollars in value. She is known for her collaborative approach to helping clients manage risk while advancing their broader business objectives.
Konopka is a graduate of SMU’s Dedman School of Law (J.D., 2016) and the University of Texas at Austin (B.A., 2012).
Collier joins Bell Nunnally’s Real Estate practice. She focuses on commercial real estate transactions, representing property owners, developers and landowners in acquisitions, dispositions, leasing and financing matters. Collier is known for her attention to detail and ability to identify and resolve potential issues early in the process. She also regularly writes on FinCEN real estate reporting requirements, helping clients stay informed and compliant with evolving regulations.
Collier earned both her law and undergraduate degrees from Texas A&M University (J.D., magna cum laude, 2022; B.A., summa cum laude, 2018).
