Bell Nunnally partners Ray A. Balestri and Andrew Dowdy and associates Peter J. Kosydar, III and Murphy Sayre represented client Archeio Technologies in its sale to Houston-based Quorum Business Solutions, Inc., a Thoma Bravo portfolio company.

Archeio Technologies is a Dallas-based provider of oil and gas document classification and smart search technology. Bell Nunnally counseled Archeio in all aspects its business since its founding in 2014, beginning with entity formation and initial financing and through its ultimate sale to Quorum.
