Bell Nunnally partners J. Jeffrey Cash and Jean Pierre Boyea represented Ranger Capital Group in its sale of controlling interest of Ranger Investment Management, L.P. to Kudu Investment Management, LLC (Kudu) and the management team for Ranger Investment Management, L.P. Based in Dallas, Ranger Capital is an investment company providing full, back-office support for its investment teams–including operations, compliance, technology, marketing and distribution. The transaction was announced mid-November and is still subject to required approvals. Terms were not disclosed.
