Bell Nunnally Welcomes Three Associates

Attorneys Dylan T. Hughes, Olivia G. Stedman and Brandon N. Stephens have joined Bell Nunnally as associates. Hughes joins the firm’s Labor and Employment practice, and Stedman and Stephens join its Litigation practice.

Hughes’ labor and employment practice includes advice and counsel, investigations and litigation related to a broad range of employment issues, including matters related to the EEOC, OSHA, Title VII, ADA, ADEA, FLSA, FMLA, and various state and federal regulations. He is a graduate of West Virginia University, where he earned both his (J.D., 2020) and undergraduate degrees (BSBA, 2017). Previously, Hughes was an associate at an Am Law 200 firm.

Stedman’s practice focuses on complex commercial litigation, working with clients in industries including insurance, energy, health care, retail and manufacturing, in a broad range of disputes involving contracts, injunctive relief, employment and insurance. She is a graduate of Baylor University School of Law (J.D., 2020) and Lindenwood University (B.A., 2017). While at Baylor Law, Stedman was a Barrister Officer for the Harvey M. Richie Moot Court Society. Previously, she was an associate at a Dallas-area litigation boutique.

Stephens has experience litigating a wide range of commercial disputes and government investigations arising from the False Claims Act, related to fraud and abuse, billing, marketing and other regulatory allegations. He is a graduate of University of Texas School of Law (J.D., 2022), where he was staff editor on its publication The Review of Litigation and was a The Society Program “Dean’s Fellow” from 2020-2022. Also, while at Texas Law, Stephens interned for the Federal Public Defender, Northern District of Texas. He earned his undergraduate degree from Texas State University (B.A., cum laude, 2017). Previously, Stephens was an associate at an Am Law 200 firm.
