This program will provide a discussion of the foundational elements of sexual harassment and policies business owners should enact in the wake of the “Me Too Movement.” Specifically, the presentation will focus on principles that can be applied to the media production industry, as well as steps production companies and advertising agencies can take to create safer, more inclusive sets.
