Shosid is a member of Bell Nunnally’s Commercial Finance, Corporate and Securities, Mergers and Acquisitions and Real Estate practices. He has extensive experience with commercial finance transactions, mergers and acquisitions, securities offerings (both public and private placements), general corporate representations and various real property and energy transactions. Active in his community, Shosid is a regional board member for the Anti-Defamation League and chairman of the Dallas Classic Baseball League. He earned his J.D. from the University of Texas School of Law (1987) and his B.B.A. from the University of Texas at Austin (1984).
