Partner Nikki Hurst Gibson represented the seller in a $63M sale of two multi-family projects encompassing 485 units in 36 buildings in The Woodlands. The deal, closed June 23, took nearly a year and involved the redemption of bonds issued by the Montgomery County Housing Authority and required approval by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).
