Greg brings analytical skills honed as an electrical engineer to his patent law practice, where resolving client matters means fluency at the intersection of law and technology.
Greg’s practice focuses on protecting and enforcing intellectual property rights for clients across a range of industries. He has represented clients in patent and trademark prosecution matters and in patent, trademark and other intellectual property litigation in federal district courts throughout the country and federal administrative proceedings before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB) and Trademark Trial and Appeal Board (TTAB) of the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO).
Drawing on experience in both the procurement and enforcement of intellectual property rights, Greg helps clients develop and implement strategies to protect their innovations and brands. His practice includes preparing and prosecuting patent and trademark applications; advising on intellectual property portfolio management; and representing clients in complex disputes involving patents, trademarks and other intellectual property matters.
Greg previously served as a federal judicial clerk for the Honorable Karl S. Forester of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Kentucky.
