Kassandra “Kassie” McLaughlin has been practicing broad-based commercial real estate, including acquisitions and dispositions, and development for more than a decade, emphasizing leasing and lending for small and large businesses. She has been growing her lending practice by representing regional banks in real estate lending transactions.
Kassie represents several publicly traded real estate investment trusts (including traditional office building, storage facility and health care MOB REITs) in their acquisition, disposition, asset management, leasing and tenant relations transactions.
Kassie represents clients both large and small business clients in their general counsel needs, including entity formation and structuring, acquisitions, dispositions, mergers, construction and land-use issues, financing and other commercial real estate matters.
Kassie also helps her clients in planning, development and land use issues with the City of Dallas. Kassie was the first Chief Arborist for the City of Dallas in the City of Dallas’ Sustainable Development and Construction Department (formerly Economic Development Department).
