Bell Nunnally Elevates Four Lawyers to Partner

Bell Nunnally has elected Jarod T. Moss, David G. Webster, Brent D. Hockaday, and Brent A. Turman to partner, effective January 1.

“These four attorneys are outstanding and have earned the trust of their clients and colleagues, by fully embracing our solutions-oriented, collaboration-focused philosophy,” said Christopher Trowbridge, Bell Nunnally managing partner. “We look to be behind every great company, and these four are part of our team that makes that goal a reality. We congratulate this cohort and look forward to their continued growth, in tandem with our clients’ growth.”

In addition, he counsels business leaders in navigating the complexities of federal, state and local laws and regulations, as well as litigation avoidance strategies and effective workplace policies, practices and procedures.

Hockaday has been quoted and written about a wide range of legal issues in outlets including the Commercial Carrier Journal and Modern Restaurant Management and the Dallas Business Journal. Named to The Best Lawyers in America’s “Ones to Watch” list for 2021 and selected by his peers as a “Texas Rising Star,” he is a graduate of Southern Methodist University’s Dedman School of Law (J.D., cum laude, 2012) and Baylor University (B.B.A., 2005).
