While many see the law as a barrier, Audrey leverages her law degree as a tool to help others see through that to pursue their opportunities and goals. Persistent and passionate about her work, she finds tremendous fulfilment in working through her clients’ legal challenges and driving positive results.
Audrey McClure brings her international perspective, in-house experiences and collaborative capabilities to her work as an associate in our mergers and acquisitions, corporate and securities, and real estate practices, where she focuses on a range of transactional matters. An accomplished legal researcher and writer, she was an associate of the Texas International Law Journal, editor of the SMU Daily Campus and SMU’s reporting fellow for the Dallas Morning News prior to practicing. During law school, Audrey participated in the Mithoff Pro Bono Program’s Title IX Project and was selected to work with the UT Law Entrepreneurship and Community Development Clinic. She also completed a policy research paper on international space law in collaboration with Singapore’s Office for Space Technology and Industry (OSTIn) and served as Secretary of the Asian Pacific American Law Student Association.
