Understanding that each client’s situation is unique, Meredith approaches matters with a thoughtful and thorough analysis, leading to solutions tailored to their specific needs.
Meredith, a detail-oriented member of the Bell Nunnally litigation team, has experience in a variety of litigation matters, such as those involving employer-employee disputes, general business disputes, contract interpretation and enforcement, and restrictive covenants, among other areas. She advises clients in various aspects of labor and employment, including ERISA-related issues and arbitration agreements. Meredith also prepares injury benefit plans for employers who choose to opt out of workers compensation in Texas and assists with plan rollouts.
In law school, Meredith served as a judicial intern to the Honorable Jeffrey Vincent Brown of the Southern District of Texas, and she served as a staff editor and then editor-in-chief for the SMU Science and Technology Law Review. She also has experience as a summer associate and intern in private practice and for the U.S. Office of Special Counsel. Through these diverse experiences, she has conducted research on topics as varied as criminal defenses, court opinions, regulations, rules and administrative decisions, and executive orders. Prior to law school, Meredith had experience as a marketing and communications intern for the Greater Waco Chamber of Commerce and as a public and alumni relations intern for Baylor Law School.
