Mason has broad commercial and employment litigation experience, representing both plaintiffs and defendants in complex lawsuits. He litigates for and advises companies in employment-related matters involving sexual harassment and discrimination; claims involving the Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA), the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), the Equal Pay Act (EPA); and litigation involving noncompete agreements and the misappropriation of trade secrets.
Representing businesses in various industries, Mason also handles complex commercial claims such as breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, “business divorce” and fraud. He regularly represents and counsels clients in the construction, real estate, private equity, oil and gas, banking and manufacturing industries.
