Bell Nunnally has been ranked No. 21 on the Dallas Business Journal’s 2026 list of the 40 Largest Law Firms in North Texas, up from No. 23 in 2025.

The DBJ’s annual ranking recognizes the largest firms in North Texas by attorney headcount. Bell Nunnally has experienced consistent growth in attorney headcount, including a series of high-profile senior lateral attorneys joining across key practice areas. Sustained growth led to expansion of the firm’s office space in 2025 by roughly 25% to accommodate its growing team and evolving client needs.

The DBJ ranking comes after Bell Nunnally debuted on the National Law Journal’s 2025 “NLJ 500” list of the nation’s largest law firms by headcount. In addition, the firm was named to Vault’s 2026 “Best Midsize Law Firms in Texas” and “Top 150 Under 150” rankings.
